  2. Solutions — We explain the steps, the costs, and your various options, including how to communicate about your insurance claim (if applicable). 

  3. Construction — Our team gets to work, with ongoing oversight from Sam to ensure efficiency and quality.

  4. Walk-Through — Sam walks through the project with you to make sure that all your expectations are met or exceeded. Then your life goes on – like before, but better!
